Information you provide
When you submit an RFQ, FreeWill Material receives the contact and technical information entered in the form, including your name, company, country, email, WhatsApp number, product interest, application, quantity, dimensions and message.
How the information is used
We use this information to review your request, communicate about technical and commercial requirements, prepare a response and maintain necessary business records. RFQ information is not used to subscribe you to marketing communications without a separate choice.
Service providers and access
We may use service providers that support website hosting and transactional email. Access is limited to people and providers who need the information to operate the RFQ process or respond to your request.
Retention and security
We keep RFQ information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, related business records and applicable obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
