Product Description
Drawing-based alumina components with threaded bores, hexagonal profiles, shoulders and flanges for application-specific equipment interfaces.
Alumina custom components are electrically insulating, wear-resistant ceramic parts for equipment supports, spacers, locators and mounting interfaces. Threads, shoulders and flanges combine several assembly functions in one body.
The pictured form combines an internal thread with a hexagonal outer profile, a reduced neck and a recessed flange. The thread joins the mating part, while the shoulder and flange provide locating and support surfaces. Alumina grade, thread geometry and surface finish are matched to the electrical, thermal and mechanical duty.
Product Features
- Electrical isolation for equipment interfaces

Frequently Asked Questions
Can the thread and flange geometry be customized?
Submit a dimensioned drawing with thread designation, mating-part details and critical tolerances. Feasibility is reviewed for the complete ceramic geometry before quotation.
Which alumina grade should I specify?
State the required grade if known. Otherwise provide electrical duty, temperature cycle, medium and mechanical loading so material options can be reviewed. A photograph does not establish purity or a performance rating.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Send the drawing and revision, quantity, service conditions, mating interfaces, surface and inspection requirements, and any documentation or delivery requirements.
