Precision zirconia valve seats for matched ball, poppet and fluid-control sealing interfaces.

Zirconia valve seats are precision contact components designed around a mating ball or other closure geometry.

The wear-resistant contact surface supports repeated opening and closing while the seat bore defines the fluid passage.

Product Features

  • Matched Contact Geometry
  • Precision Lapping
  • Wear Resistance
  • Fluid-Control Integration

Typical Applications

  • Pumps and Valves — Check-valve and control-valve seats: Supports a stable ceramic contact surface after matched review.
  • Chemical Processing — Corrosive-fluid valve interfaces: Provides a ceramic option subject to medium compatibility.
