Product Description
Precision-finished zirconia valve balls for pumps, check valves and fluid-control assemblies.
Zirconia valve balls are spherical closing elements used with a compatible seat in pump and fluid-control systems.
A smooth, wear-resistant spherical surface repeatedly meets the valve seat to control flow, as in a pump check valve.
Product Features
- Spherical Geometry
- Precision Surface Finish
- Wear Resistance
- Matched sealing contact
Typical Applications
- Industrial Valves — Check and control valve assemblies: Supports a precision ceramic closing element for matched-seat review.
- Metering Pumps — Ceramic check-valve components: Provides a wear-resistant ball option for repeatable fluid control.
