Boron nitride hot-zone fixtures include supports, spacers, holders and insulation components used in controlled-atmosphere thermal equipment.
Atmosphere is critical because air, vacuum and inert-gas service impose different material limits; no universal temperature claim is published.
Manufacturing process (source record): Reference route: BN grade and atmosphere review → hot-pressed BN/composite blank selection and orientation review → CNC machining → bore or interface finishing → cleaning → final inspection. Pyrolytic BN uses a separate CVD route and is included only when explicitly selected. Supplier grade and exact route remain Pending Verification.
