Review representative product forms and application context below. Final geometry and acceptance criteria are confirmed from the drawing and operating conditions.

Silicon Nitride Sleeves (also known as Si₃N₄ bushings or shaft sleeves) are high-performance precision ceramic components designed for extreme wear, corrosion, high-temperature and high-speed environments.

Manufactured from high-density silicon nitride ceramics, these sleeves offer exceptional mechanical strength, outstanding thermal shock resistance, superior wear resistance and excellent dimensional stability. They are widely used as protective sleeves, bearing sleeves and insulating components in pumps, high-speed machinery, high-temperature equipment and precision rotating systems where traditional metal or other ceramic sleeves cannot meet performance requirements.

Manufacturing process (source record): High-purity Si₃N₄ powder + sintering additives → forming → high-temperature / gas pressure sintering → precision grinding and polishing → final inspection.

Quality control (source record): Dimensional inspection (including inner/outer diameter, roundness, cylindricity), surface quality check, material property verification and batch traceability.

Data status: the source record is not supplier-verified. Numerical values are typical engineering references, not guaranteed product specifications; final values require grade, drawing and test-basis confirmation.
