Review representative product forms and application context below. Final geometry and acceptance criteria are confirmed from the drawing and operating conditions.

Silicon Carbide Vacuum Chucks (also known as SiC ceramic suction cups) are high-performance vacuum handling components engineered for extreme temperature, corrosive and abrasive environments where conventional polymers and metals fail.

Made from high-purity silicon carbide with near-zero porosity, these suction cups can withstand continuous operation up to 1900 °C, maintain structural integrity under harsh conditions, and provide reliable, contamination-free gripping. They are ideal for automated handling inside sintering furnaces, steel and glass processing, chemical environments, and power electronics packaging.

Manufacturing process (source record): High-purity SiC powder → forming → high-temperature sintering → precision machining → final inspection.

Quality control (source record): Dimensional inspection, porosity and vacuum integrity check, surface quality verification and batch traceability.

Data status: the source record is not supplier-verified. Numerical values are typical engineering references, not guaranteed product specifications; final values require grade, drawing and test-basis confirmation.

Product Features

  • Continuous working temperature up to 1900 °C
  • Near-zero porosity (< 0.07 %) ensuring vacuum integrity and minimal outgassing
  • High purity (SiC > 99 %, free silicon < 0 %) – contamination-free
  • Excellent thermal conductivity (approx. 140 W/m·K) for rapid heat dissipation
  • Extreme hardness (Mohs 9) and superior wear resistance
  • Customizable vacuum ports and interfaces

Typical Applications

  • Automated handling inside sintering furnaces
  • Steel and glass high-temperature handling
  • Chemical processing and corrosive environments
  • Power electronics packaging and microelectronics transfer
  • Optoelectronics contamination-free gripping
  • High-temperature and high-abrasion industrial handling
