Product Description
Review representative product forms and application context below. Final geometry and acceptance criteria are confirmed from the drawing and operating conditions.
Silicon Nitride Riser Tubes (Stalks) are critical components used in low-pressure die casting of aluminum and other non-ferrous metals.
Compared with traditional cast iron riser tubes, GPS silicon nitride tubes offer low thermal conductivity for better heat preservation of the molten aluminum, high mechanical strength at elevated temperatures, excellent thermal shock resistance, and non-wetting behavior toward molten aluminum. This significantly reduces aluminum adhesion, air leakage risk, and maintenance frequency, while improving casting quality and process stability.
Manufacturing process (source record): High-purity Si₃N₄ powder → forming → gas pressure sintering → precision machining → final inspection.
Quality control (source record): Dimensional inspection, surface quality, density/porosity and sealing surface check.
Data status: the source record is not supplier-verified. Numerical values are typical engineering references, not guaranteed product specifications; final values require grade, drawing and test-basis confirmation.
Product Features
