Product Description

FreeWill Material technical ceramic product families and engineering applications

Review representative product forms and application context below. Final geometry and acceptance criteria are confirmed from the drawing and operating conditions.

Silicon Nitride Plates are high-performance fully dense ceramic plates manufactured by isostatic pressing and high-temperature sintering. They offer exceptional mechanical strength, high fracture toughness, excellent wear resistance and outstanding thermal shock resistance, with strength retained up to 1200 °C.

The material is non-wetting and non-reactive to many molten metals (aluminum, lead, tin, silver, brass, nickel, etc.), making it suitable for both room-temperature and high-temperature wear/corrosion applications, as well as rapid temperature cycling environments.

Manufacturing process (source record): Superfine Si₃N₄ powder → isostatic pressing → high-temperature sintering → precision machining and polishing → final inspection.

Quality control (source record): Dimensional inspection, density/porosity check, surface quality verification and batch traceability.

Data status: the source record is not supplier-verified. Numerical values are typical engineering references, not guaranteed product specifications; final values require grade, drawing and test-basis confirmation.
