Product Description

FreeWill Material technical ceramic product families and engineering applications

Wear-resistant zirconia sleeves, liners and bushings for pumps, valves and precision machinery.

Zirconia sleeves are cylindrical wear and guidance components used around shafts, in pump assemblies and at fluid-control interfaces.

The tough, wear-resistant ceramic body protects the working interface while a finished bore guides or locates the mating component.

Product Features

  • Wear Resistance
  • Tough Ceramic Body
  • Precision Bore Finishing
  • Grade-dependent chemical resistance

Typical Applications

  • Pumps and Valves — Sleeves, bushings and liners: Supports guiding and wear-contact functions in fluid systems.
  • Industrial Machinery — Precision sliding and bearing interfaces: Provides a tough ceramic option for repeated contact.
